Parature has been honored by the Web Marketing Association with an ‘Outstanding Website’ award in the software industry category during its 10th annual WebAward competition. This is the premier website award program, considered to be ‘the Oscars of website awards’, naming the best websites in 96 industry categories. Over 2,300 nominations for this year’s awards came from interactive agencies and marketing departments in more than 35 countries.
Parature’s corporate website, http://www.parature.com, was judged by an expert panel of advertising executives, site designers, content providers, and webmasters on seven different criteria, including design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease of use. Judges specifically recognized Parature’s website for its creative use of Flash® technology, user-friendly design and layout, enhanced search capabilities, and convenient help features.
Parature is being honored as one of the 50 ‘Best Places to Work in Greater Washington, D.C.’ by the Washington Business Journal for the second consecutive year!
Being acknowledged in the medium size company category, Parature demonstrated high marks across the board in areas of management team strength, opportunity for advancement, workplace morale, employment benefits and value of employee skills. Parature team members made their views on the company known through confidential surveys conducted by independent firm Quantum Market Research during February and March 2006.
The Fast 50 is Fast Company magazine's annual readers' challenge, a global search for people doing extraordinary things in the areas of technology, design, entertainment, consumer goods, science, marketing, media, education, government, and more. This year’s Fast 50 challenge attracted several hundred entries. Reader favorites are submissions that drew the highest marks among entries with at least 25 votes.
