David joined Parature in 2002 as its seventh employee. His role in the company has grown in direct relation to Parature’s growth, and he is now responsible for Parature’s customer success initiatives including leading and overseeing Parature’s Customer Success Managers (CSMs), a hand-picked team to serve as liaisons and advocates for each Parature customer’s success.
Parature’s CSMs serve as personal points of contact for any account needs and ensure each customer’s unique business goals continue to be supported throughout the customer relationship. The customer success initiatives Dave has implemented and oversees directly support Parature’s commitment to customer service and the company’s brand promise, Customer Service Software That Revolves Around You.
Dave’s previous roles during his career with Parature include Sr. Director of Business Operations, Director of Sales Operations, and prior to that, Sales Manager for Parature’s commercial and higher education markets. With his impressive knowledge of Parature’s customers, products and customer service best practices, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing commitment to customer-driven innovation and superior customer service.
Dave holds a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University-California State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland College Park.
