On behalf of Parature, I’m proud to unveil our vibrant new branding and a website that better reflects our company’s passion for customer service and customer-driven innovation.
As you can see, it’s a big change, but it’s one that represents the positive energy, momentum and growth that Parature is experiencing in 2012. As Parature’s co-founder, the company, the people, the technology and the brand are all incredibly important to me. The success we have achieved is also due in great part to our customers, many of whom have been with Parature for close to a decade.
That’s why I’m particularly proud of our new brand promise. It’s very simple, but it’s very important: customer service that revolves around you. Parature’s commitment to our customers – and their customers – has never been stronger, and with our new messaging front and center, we intend to show not only Parature’s continuing dedication to innovation, but also our dedication to putting the customer first.
The New Parature Logo
Parature’s name and longtime red Parature ‘P’ branding helped establish Parature as a worldwide leader in cloud-based customer service software. In 2003, we chose the name Parature, which is an abbreviation of “Paradigm of the Future,” and ever since the company has aptly served as a model for forward-thinking innovations in customer service.
With our name and professional reputation now securely established after a decade of growth, Parature is ready to embrace a more modern, iconic logo that goes beyond our company name and more visually represents our brand promise. While the Parature ‘P’ is still represented in our new logo, depending on your perspective, you might see a person reaching out their hand. We love working with our customers, and we strive to be a partner in their success – not just another vendor. You may also see a comment bubble, a representation that is meaningful to us in several ways.
One, because the Parature software is all about communication, collaboration and engagement between customer service organizations and the customers they serve.
Two, Parature is a leader in sharing customer service best practices and ideas. We don’t just talk about our product offerings; we strive to be actively involved in the customer service discussion as a whole.
Three, and very importantly, Parature is a leader in the growing adoption of social media as a major customer service channel. With our current and upcoming innovations in cloud-based social customer service software, Parature’s social offering furthers our company’s ability to provide a complete, multi-channel customer service software solution. Parature truly allows organizations to be everywhere their customers are.
