Parature CEO Ching-Ho Fung and Parature Chairman and Co-founder Duke Chung celebrate the company's sixth consecutive year on the Inc. 500| 5000 List.
Parature is pleased to announce that it has been ranked on Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, not for the first, second, third, fourth or fifth time – but for the sixth consecutive year.
Parature ranked number 21 in Business Products and Services in the Virginia market and number 3,358 overall on the 2012 list. “We are proud to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for the sixth year running,” says Parature CEO, Ching-Ho Fung, pictured here with Parature Chairman and Co-founder, Duke Chung.
“Parature continues to meet the needs of companies looking for a cloud-based, multi-channel customer service solution, and we attribute our growth to the increasing role of customer support software on social platforms, as well as the increased focus on using technology to improve service and support in the public sector.”
In addition to achieving consistent revenue growth in a tough economy, Parature continues to grow internally, as well. In November 2011, the company moved into new offices in Herndon, Virginia, and began aggressively hiring based on the company’s success in both the private and public sectors.
“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500|5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is,” says Inc. Editor, Eric Schurenberg.
Parature thanks its customers, partners, supporters and staff for the company’s continued success.
