NVTC Hot Ticket Awards Recognizes Parature for Most All-Around Potential for Return on Investment

The chairman of the 2007 NVTC Hot Ticket Awards, John Hurley of DLA Piper, along with Steve Winings of CTPartners served as the emcees for the awards ceremony. The announcement of finalists and winners were presented to more than 500 local technology entrepreneurs, business leaders and other special guests. The Series A funding was valued at $29 million post-deal, with 13.5 million in actual venture capital investments. The oversubscribed round included Vienna, VA based Valhalla Partners and Menlo Park, CA based Sierra Ventures, both private venture capital firms with strong track records of success in the information technology industry.
