Robert Aldrich

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Aldrich, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial, administrative and business operations of Parature.

Bob has twenty five years of leadership experience from his tenure in public accounting, private and public companies. Prior to joining Parature, Bob served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Q.Know Technologies, Inc., a privately held enterprise software company in the document and content management space. Preceding his position at Q.Know, Bob was a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NFR Security, a venture backed company providing network security products. His responsibilities, at both companies, included all financial operations, shareholder and analyst communications, and business operations including legal, HR and purchasing. Previously, Bob served as Vice President for Financial Operations at Best Software, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of financial and accounting software, where he was responsible for financial operations and was an instrumental member of the management team that led the company through a successful IPO and eventual sale of the company to Sage Software. His prior experiences include serving as the Controller and Associate Director of Finance for IGEN, Inc., a publicly traded medical diagnostics company, and over seven years with Deloitte & Touche providing accounting and auditing services to a diverse client base, including technology, bio-tech and start-ups.

Bob holds a B.S degree in Accounting from Penn State University and is a certified public accountant.
