This custom integration enables you to connect your sales and support teams by providing bi-directional data synchronisation of customer account/contact information between your Parature software and your sales automation tool. Your support team will be aware of new customers and what they've purchased as soon as the sales team has finalised the sale. And when customer contacts change or profile updates are made in Parature, that same information will be used to update the records in the sales automation tool. In addition, provide your sales team with near real-time access to their customers' support requests. Account managers will know if the customer can benefit from an upgrade or additional training based on the details of the support requests.
ParaConnect for Bug Tracking Tools
This custom integration enables you to connect your development and support teams by providing bi-directional data synchronisation of Parature support requests and issues. Support will be able to seamlessly escalate issues to your development team without having to rely on emails or phone calls. Your development team will be able to post comments or request more information directly in your bug tracking tool and have those comments or questions directed to the Support Technician or the customer. And finally, when an issue is resolved, the corresponding support ticket can be used to notify the customer when they can expect the fix to be released.
ParaConnect for Social Media
Twitter. This product integration provides visibility into
the volume, sentiment and impact of support through Twitter. Parature customers can compare
Twitter traffic with other Parature support channels such as chat, ticket, email, phone, and
Web portal content. The integration enables customers to easily look at the "happiness" of
tweets and hone in on which ones to route within their organization for comment, support or
general knowledge; the number of tweets directed at the organization; and the impact of the
organizations' published content based on the number of re-tweets. It isolates tweets from
other support traffic via the use of a Twitter Queue where support representatives can review
and route them for a quick, accurate response, as well as create reports to analyze how many
tickets are being generated from tweets.

Parature TicketNotify is an RSS-based ticket notification application for your Windows system tray that notifies you of new tickets without being logged into the Parature Service Desk. Each item in the feed includes a title with the ticket number and summary. Details include ticket number, customer, date and time created, date and time updated, entered by, status, summary and more.
