Elaine Harvey

Vice President of Engineering

Elaine Harvey, Vice President of Engineering, is responsible for the management of Parature's software development efforts. Backed by twenty-one years of software development experience and sixteen years of management experience, Elaine adds keen insight into how to successfully build solid technology and motivated teams.

Prior to joining Parature, Elaine was the director of the secure software development practice within the NetSec (now Verizon Business) Government Solutions Group, a leading secure software developer within the U.S. intelligence community. During her tenure with NetSec, Elaine co-created a patented invention: a wireless intrusion detection system, as well as a patent-pending secure one-way network bridging technology. Prior to NetSec, Elaine held senior software architecture and programming positions with several high tech companies including Ubizen, provider of managed security software for corporate networks.

Elaine holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional, as well as a Certified Scrum Master.
