Paul Ironside

Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Customer Officer

Paul Ironside, Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Customer Officer is responsible for expanding Parature's global sales strategy; developing and implementing effective, strategic initiatives and overseeing all sales operations for the organisation.

Paul has over fifteen years of sales leadership experience. Prior to joining Parature, Paul was Executive Director, North American Market Operations for Corporate Executive Board (CEB – Nasdaq: EXBD), a subscription based advisory firm, where he oversaw all sales and service operations across CEB's offices in the United States. During his tenure at CEB, the firm grew from $100 million to over $400 million and launched 20+ new products across all major practice domains. Prior to joining CEB Paul was the Regional Vice President, Western Region for iXL, where he oversaw business development initiatives and played an instrumental role in growing their revenue from $10 million to $100 million in only 18 months. During his tenure at iXL, Paul advised both Fortune 500 and emerging organisations such as Hutchison Whampoa's Tom.com, Amadeus, and TerraGo to develop and execute on their digital strategies. Previously he held several key positions at Gartner, Inc., most recently as Director, IT Vendor Solutions.

Paul holds a B.A in Political Science from Colorado State University.
